Tim Banks, APM’s CEO, invited visitors to the grand opening of the Welsh Owen Building in Charlottetown Friday. Formerly the iconic Kays Bros. Building, the Welsh Owen has long been considered a significant historical building on the Island.

Montague school hosts Canadian Student Leadership Conference

MONTAGUE - It's an enormous undertaking but the regional high school here is hosting an event this month that will bring 1,000 students and teachers to eastern P.E.I from September 17-21.

The Canadian Student Leadership Conference (CSLC) will feature a four-day event offering keynote speakers like retired General Rick Hillier and countless workshops on leadership, growth and development.

along with the University of Prince Edward Island, Holland College and others have come on- board as Diamond Level Sponsors of the Event.
