Brian McGuire Memorial Golf Tournament Winners

Dr. Paul McGuire, left, of Kingston, N.S., presents the Brian McGuire Memorial Golf Tournament (The Onion) championship trophy on behalf of the family to team captain Tim Banks of the winning APM team, following play Saturday at The Links at Crowbush Cove. Banks and his team came in with a 14-under par 58 to claim the title by one stroke. Other members of the APM team are Devon Bruce, Jerry LeBlanc and Thane Hansen. Two-time defending champs Jasper Wyman & Sons finished with a 61 in the 36-team field. The tournament raised more than $26,000 for palliative and hospice care on P.E.I.
