Brian Gillis

Brian joined the APM team in 1995 and oversees the real estate assets, property management services and the design build services of the company. Brian has been involved in the delivery of over 35 Atlantic Superstore projects throughout Atlantic Canada, turnkey leasebacks for TD Canada Trust and Metro Credit Union, shopping centre retrofits, numerous restaurant developments, and has overseen the leasing to the Government of Canada of 1,500m² of office space at APM MacLean.

Brian is an architect by training and prior to joining APM was Principal partner in the Island based architectural firm Gillis + Guimond Architects where he provided professional design and planning services to a wide range of clients.
