Town of Montague approves strip mall

MONTAGUE - The town of Montague has approved another development for Tim Banks' APM company, giving him the right to construct a small strip mall near the existing Superstore location on Main Street.

The new Services Canada building, for which Banks has the contract, will be the anchor tenant, along with an additional four retail spaces. The development will be located to the right of the Superstore behind the McDonald's lot.
