Brighton house welcomes first tenants

Apr 3 2013

Killam Properties’ newest luxury apartment complex in Charlottetown, called Brighton House, opened its doors to tenants in March. Brighton House is located at 296 North River Road at the former Charlotte Court site. This is a stylish contemporary apartment building with a city central location close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and offers spacious suites with balconies and quality finishes.

APM designed the building for Killam and was also pleased to be the construction management team for this $7,000,000 project. The 47 modern units feature balconies, dishwashers and in-suite laundry. Comfortable interior features also include a fitness room and a large resident lounge with a kitchen and wi-fi.

Each unit is move-in-ready, explains APM President of Construction Services Duane Lamont.

“All units have several pre-wired cable and telephone outlets and are fibre-optic ready. We also included in-floor radiant heating and window coverings throughout.”

Lamont includes that Brighton House features even more higher-end features like low-e windows, premium hard surface flooring and vaulted ceilings in some units.

“Brighton House offers luxury living in the heart of Charlottetown and potential tenants will be really impressed when they tour the building and hear of the affordable rates being offered.”

One or two bedroom apartments are available for rent; potential tenants can visit Brighton House's website to view floor plans, additional features and a photo gallery. The website also offers application forms for interested tenants.
