Houses at Bridle Path Estates receive international recognition

Feb 1 2013

CHARLOTTETOWN- Two houses located at APM’s Bridle Path Estates have been featured on Houzz.com’s “Best of 2013”. Craftsman Construction, an Island-owned-and-operated company, built the houses with energy efficiency, design and quality in mind. From this the website determined that their work is some of the best featured on the site.

Houzz is the largest online residential design platform in the world for home remodeling and design; the site provides users an easy way to find design inspiration, project advice, product information and professional reviews to help turn ideas into reality.

Craftsman Construction posted several images of their projects to their site profile including ones of 30 and 35 Bridle Path Lane. These eye-catching images show the significant detail and quality of work that make Bridle Path Estates one of the Island’s premier subdivisions.

APM Business Development Manager Jerry Leblanc describes the community as a great place for families to build their dream home.

“The entire neighbourhood has been built with similar care and precision like that of Craftsman Construction. Not only is each house remarkable but residents here can feel like they’re living in the country while being just minutes away from schools, shopping, recreational opportunities and all the amenities that the city can offer.”

There are still several large lots for sale in the development but Leblanc expects this online recognition will make them sell quickly.

“It proves what we have known all along, Bridle Path Estates is where you want to be”.

Interested buyers are encouraged to contact Leblanc at 1-902-569-8400.
